# GET /voices/elevenlabs/library

**ElevenLabs Voice Library**

A proxied view of the public ElevenLabs voice library — the pool of voices that can
be used for TTS beyond your own.

Filters are passed through to the provider, so their spelling is the provider's
(`american`, `young`, `narrative_story`). Note that pages are numbered **from zero**.

The provider is external: on an outage the endpoint answers `503`, and retrying later
is the right response.

**Required key permission:** `voices.read`.
