The order was not created and no money is reserved. When there is no text at the input in the first place (an empty field), the same case arrives differently — as ordinary validation, with the field in `errors` and no `reason`. ## Why After markup was stripped, nothing speakable remained. Text comes from three equivalent channels — `input_text`, an uploaded `.txt` in `input_files`, and `task_data.text` — and all three go through the same checks. `{{pause=2.5}}`, ``, and any `[ … ]` fragment without a line break are stripped and not billed: text made only of pause tags collapses into empty text. A related code is `text_not_voiceable` (in OpenAPI it is called `paragraph_not_voiceable`): text remains, but it is only punctuation (`.`, `!!!`, `—`) or only bracketed stage directions. ## What to do Check whether the body has `errors`: if it does, the field simply was not filled in; if not, the text arrived but consisted entirely of markup. Parentheses and angle brackets, asterisks, and other typography, on the contrary, ARE voiced and billed — removing them will not help. ## Next request `POST /orders/chunks/preview` with the same `input_text` — a dry run of the split shows what remains after markup is stripped, and costs nothing.
